About your new job

Paid Search & Digital Marketing Manager

This is a newly created position that you can bring your own flair to, supporting the Head of Performance, with a strong team in place to support you. 

You’ll be working with our clients to implement and deliver on their innovative strategies, ensuring everything is smooth, efficient and up to your high standards. 

Our clients will see you as their go-to for their paid media strategies across all digital networks, and your understanding of their needs, where they are now and where they are going will help you deliver unique and low friction journeys. 

What you bring to the table 

You’re a budding Google Ads guru but, from time to time, you have gotten your hands dirty with Facebook marketing and eCommerce marketing.

You’re comfortable with Google Analytics, and have experience managing and allocating budgets, with a focus on driving customers with KPI’s like CAC, CPA and ROAS. 

Putting people first isn’t just what we say, it’s what we do, and this position is best for someone who can understand the experience we want to create, and put yourself in the shoes of the client and customers. Curious and consultative, you love exploring new ways of doing things and not afraid to ask questions to get to the heart of the issue.
