DU’IT is a functional skincare brand providing solutions for dry, cracked and sensitive skin; specifically for hands, body, feet and face.

This FMCG brand provides a solution to dry, cracked and sensitive skin, with awards such as ‘Australia’s no 1. hand cream brand’ and supported by the eczema and diabetes NSW foundation.

DU’IT approached Intender to support in long term, sustainable digital growth and exposure within their target market.

The Challenge​

This highly competitive, saturated market is flooded with options and information for consumers.

Retailer growth is a priority above e-commerce, meaning it is important not to compete with stockists in the digital space.

 

 

The challenge is finding the right Intenders for DU’IT in digital without spending a large budget or cutting in front of stockists.

The Solution

Create a sustainable owned & earned and paid strategy, using data to identify key journeys for users when expressing the need or want in all stages of the funnel for solutions DUIT provides.

Given the high costs in the low funnel, we focused on leveraging the journey in the upper/mid funnel by focusing on symptom and issue rather only solution.

DU’IT and Intender worked together in creating a steady stream of highly relevant, useful content for users. Since beginning this work, DUIT has seen an increase in organic search traffic by 371%

Paid activity used the same approach, answering peoples concerns, allowing us to capture traffic for a lower cost, whilst supporting the user on their journey and removing friction between the education and purchase stage. Utilising programmatic, social and search paid channels allowed us to build brand authority and increase in-store and online purchases.
