Meta took away the numbers you used to plan with. Reach estimates, audience size, the forward forecast from a daily budget: under Advantage+ and the Andromeda delivery engine, most of that is gone.
So we built a planner that works the way Meta actually works now. You start from the result that matters, a lead or a sale, and we work backwards to the budget. In the same pass you get a read on how complex your setup is and how much creative the system needs to perform.
It is free, there is no sign up, and it updates as you change your answers. Have a play, then read on for how the planning works and how much you should really be spending.
We will validate these numbers against your account and market, then map the campaign and creative plan to your actual goals. No obligation.
Book a planning sessionFigures are indicative estimates for planning only, not a forecast or guarantee of results. Benchmarks are directional and AU-leaning; actual cost per result varies by offer, creative, season and competition, so enter your own figures where you have them. Creative and tracking adjustments are modelled, not Meta-published. The 50-conversions-per-week learning-phase guidance reflects Meta documentation. Always validate against live account data.
It asks eight quick questions and models the relationship between them.
Your objective. Leads and enquiries, or online sales. This sets the cost-per-result logic underneath everything else.
Your industry. Seeds an indicative Australian cost per result. If you already know your real number, you can override it in the advanced section — and you should. Your data beats our benchmark every time.
Results you want per month. The target your marketing plan has to hit.
Average value per customer. Optional, but worth adding. It lets the tool sanity-check whether the return stacks up before you spend anything.
Creative capacity. Minimal through to strong or AI-assisted. This is the input most budget calculators do not have, and it is the one that moves your cost per result most under Andromeda.
Distinct offers and distinct markets. How many genuinely different things you are advertising, and how many separate audiences or locations you are advertising to. Every extra offer or market is another set of campaigns that needs its own signal, its own budget and its own creative.
You get three outputs: a recommended monthly budget, an audience complexity score, and the volume of creative you will need to support it.
It will not replace an account audit. It has no view of your pixel health, your conversion tracking, your offer strength or how well your landing page converts. Those things can move your real cost per result more than anything in the tool.
It is a planning number, not a promise. Treat it as the starting point for a conversation with your finance team, or with us.
Three ways, in order of usefulness.
As a reality check. If the recommended budget is well above what you had in mind, that is worth knowing before the quarter starts, not six weeks into it.
As a creative brief. The creative output tells you what your production pipeline needs to deliver. If the number looks impossible, that is the real constraint on your growth — and it is usually cheaper to fix than more media spend.
As a scope test. Try dropping from three markets to one, or five offers to two. Watch what happens to the required budget. Focus is often the highest-return change available to you, and it costs nothing.
