About the Role:

As a Performance Media Manager, you’ll play an essential role in implementing, optimising, and reporting on campaigns across search and social channels.

You’ll be confident in campaign setup, analysis, tracking, and advanced optimisations, using your expertise to drive the best results for our clients.

With strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, and the broader digital landscape, you’ll manage campaigns, monitor pacing, and adjust budgets and strategies to meet client goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead campaign implementation across performance channels; optimise to meet client objectives and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Manage client reporting dashboards, analyse trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to develop reports, post-analysis, and client recommendations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to your client portfolio, proactively sharing industry updates and trends to enhance client strategy and understanding.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and aligning campaigns to deliver results across multiple media channels.
  • Optimise Meta campaigns based on performance insights and support the creation of multi-channel strategies.
  • Track website metrics, analyse conversion points, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage account planning, budget tracking, and timelines for each client, ensuring deliverables stay on course.
  • Curious and consultative, you love exploring new ways of doing things and are not afraid to ask questions to get to the heart of the issue.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience with Google Ads and Meta; certifications in Google and Bing, with a deep understanding of search and bid management tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • A respect for the people we’re advertising to, where you think people-first. 
  • Curiosity around multi-channel solutions. Experience with a variety of paid media channels is preferred (YouTube, Programmatic, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, DOOH).
  • Proven track record managing significant ad spend portfolios and diverse client accounts.
  • Confidence in being ‘consultative’. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an analytical mindset and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Be a leader with strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.
